Click here : Toronto Caving Group Membership-Waiver Form and print the form from your browser. Fill in all required sections and mail to the Secretary-Treasurer along with the required payment. Both the payment schedule and mailing information appear on the form.
If you only wish to subscribe to the newsletter you may also use this form. In that case your signature is not required for the waiver portion. However, in order to be eligible for just a subscription you must live outside of the greater Toronto area or be under 18 years of age.
