Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (UCE) - commonly known as "spam"
|
Trigger Internet Solutions does not support Unsolicited Commercial E-mail.
We employ many different mechanisms to prevent the delivery of spam to ALL domains
and networks under our responsibility unless otherwise specified by our clients. We
also support the publishing of Sender Permitted From (SPF) DNS records to allow
other network administrators to identify forged e-mail.
If you are not a spammer and believe we are wrongly blocking the delivery of your
e-mails, please contact us at abuse@trigger.net
and we will try our best to resolve the matter. This could involve getting the parties
responsible for your e-mail server to properly configure and secure their servers or,
if all else fails, to whitelist your address on our server for delivery to a specific
recipient.
If you believe that spam has originated from our networks, please contact us
immediately at abuse@trigger.net
and provide full e-mail headers (containing "Received: ...") so that we can
investigate.
